About Women's Forum
What is a Forum?

Forum is a small group of people getting together to explore their most important topics across personal, family and professional topics. Through a forum you are able to clarify your own thinking, process and understand any emotions you may be carrying, and hear from others' relevant experiences. Through the forum experience you often gain clarity, inspiration, or a new way of seeing things. You will often learn a lot about yourself and feel more connected.

Forums are always completely confidential and typically led by a facilitator.
An example forum agenda includes:
-
Check in of about 5 mins each
-
Identify 2-3 main topics to explore, based on what was shared during check-ins
-
Deep exploration into selected topics with experience sharing
-
Share key take-aways

Forums are currently held monthly in my ADU in Burlingame.
Background

Inspired by more than 5 years in professional forums, I'm organizing the Women Forums because I want to bring the forum experience to more women!

Along my entrepreneur journey, one of the most impactful experiences I have had is as forum member and facilitator in Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and Leaders in Tech (LIT).
My YPO and LIT forums have been transformative to me professionally and personally, and they have shaped the way I show up in the most important relationships and roles in my life. They have given me a confidential space to process my own thinking, learn from others' experiences, and explore areas of my own personal growth. I want to make this opportunity more accessible.
